I had horrible transmission noise on my MazdaSpeed 3 when charging my iPhone 3GS and plugged in to the auxiliary port. I tried my phone in two other cars and couldn't reproduce the problem, it was definitely my car. After plugging the SNI-135 in to the auxiliary port and my phone in to the SNI-135 the transmission noise is gone completely. Definitely worth the purchase.
