Bluetooth audio is fine - sort of... : Kenwood Kdc-Bt945U CD/AM/FM/USB Receiver with Bluetooth
Pros: I had no problems with the initial install into my 03 Liberty. The blue tooth sync worked flawlessly with my HTC thunderbolt. Had to buy an adapter for the Antenna connection, though. Had no issues with the Mic or residual feedback and echo from the speakers. The unit has an anti-echo function but I haven't needed it. iPod hook up works great and I love that the USB connection is in the rear, allowing me to easily hide it in the glovebox. It works just fine with my 5th Gen iPod Classic. Good pre-amp quality and nice EQ set up for that custom sound. It looks nice and clean and works well.
Cons: I've had major issues downloading the Phone-book from my thunderbolt. Not sure why but it seems to be taking forever. I don't know if it's due to the contact list or if its just not working. The remote is pretty much useless as with most decks. The worst part is the learning curve. This unit has a lot of custom features and options as well as the ability to fine tune. I don't like that the user manual is on DVD, but I understand the need. There is a lot of information to go through.
All in all I am extremly happy with the look, feel and functionality of this Head unit and I highly recommend it to anyone. I picked it up from techforless.com for $170 but got lucky.
